Effective July 20, 2024, Credentia Nurse Aide, LLC no longer accepts, reviews or approves testing applications. To register for your exam, contact the state of Mississippi at (601) 364-1100

Candidates with scheduled exams July 25, 2024, and onward you will receive an email cancellation notification on July 24th.  

Refunds will be processed and posted to the original payment method within 30 days of the exam cancellation date.

If you do not receive your refund 30 days from the exam cancelled notification email, contact Credentia Support at 888-204-6249.

If you have not received your score results by July 24, 2024, contact the state of Mississippi at (601) 364-1100
