COVID-19 Policy Reminder!
Per the National Council of State Board of Nursing, we are still implementing the COVID-19 Testing Requirements for candidates. This includes supplying and wearing your own face mask for the exam. If you do not bring a face mask to testing, you will not be permitted to test. Please see the full COVID-19 testing requirements in the Resources section, under the COVID-19 heading.
Student must complete the state-approved nurse aide training program.
If you did not complete a state-approved training, you may still register under a different eligibility route as listed in the Candidate Handbook.

Create an account with our online CNA365 system to register for testing by clicking the "Sign Up" link on the login page. You will need to submit an application for testing in order to register for exams.
We highly recommend that you read the Registration Quick Reference Guide with detailed instructions on how to register online for your exam BEFORE you begin the registration process.
Take your written or oral exam conveniently from home or work through Credentia online proctoring!
A live proctor will monitor you through the webcam on your workstation to provide a secure exam experience.
Create or Log into your CNA365 account to:
Change your current address and phone number.
Submit Correction Form to update your name, date of birth, or social security number before your scheduled exam.
Obtain and submit an Examination Testing Application.
Check the Testing Application status.
Find test sites and availability.
Schedule, reschedule, or cancel an examination.
View exam details such as examination type, scheduled time, date, and location.
View the Score report.
Submit and review a Grievance application for completed examination.
Contact Customer Service to:
Problem occurs when creating a CNA365 Account.
Did not receive an activation link.
Problem occurs when applying an assigned voucher code.
Testing Application Issue.
Received an error message when scheduling an examination.
Score report is not viewable in CNA365 after 24 hours from your exam.
