Announcement (Effective July 20th, 2024)

Effective July 25, 2024, Credentia Nurse Aide, LLC will no longer administer the Nurse Aide Examinations and Registry in the state of Mississippi.

For future testing and nurse aide registry processing contact the state of Mississippi at (601) 364-1100

Important Dates:

· Last date to Register and Schedule Examinations with Credentia Nurse Aide, LLC: Effective July 20, 2024.

· Last date to complete exams with Credentia Nurse Aide, LLC is July 24, 2024.

· Last date for Nurse Aide Renewals and Reciprocity Application Submissions: July 24, 2024.

· You will receive an email with additional information and you can refer to the FAQ's below for next steps.

For future testing and registry processing contact MSBON by email web@msdh.ms.gov or by phone (601) 364-1100.

You will be able to access your Credentia Platform account up until July 24, 2024, 6:00 PM EST. Beginning July 25, 2024, to access your examination or registry information contact the state of Mississippi at (601) 364-1100

Effective July 20, 2024, Credentia Nurse Aide, LLC no longer accepts, reviews or approves testing applications. To register for your exam, contact the state of Mississippi at (601) 364-1100

Candidates with scheduled exams July 25, 2024, and onward you will receive an email cancellation notification on July 24th.  

Refunds will be processed and posted to the original payment method within 30 days of the exam cancellation date.

If you do not receive your refund 30 days from the exam cancelled notification email, contact Credentia Support at 888-204-6249.

If you have not received your score results by July 24, 2024, contact the state of Mississippi at (601) 364-1100

All applications must be submitted by July 24, 2024, 6:00 PM EST to submit a renewal or reciprocity application. This option is no longer available please contact the state of Mississippi at (601) 364-1100
