If you have passed both parts of the NNAAP Examination, your score results will be reported to CDPH and your name will be placed on the California Nurse Assistant Registry.
Please allow up to 60 days for the results to appear on the California Nurse Assistant Registry and to receive your certificate from CDPH. If you have any questions regarding your certificate or listing, please contact CDPH at (916) 327-2445.
Notice to All Recent Nurse Aide Training Graduates
You must submit a completed Initial Application FORM 283B directly to CDPH by mail or Portal to be added to the Nurse Aide Registry. Please do not wait until after you’ve passed your exams to submit these forms for processing. Submit these forms upon Training Program completion. Please see resources below for more information.
